Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the post-sales journey.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Accounts to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor payment collections and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, documentation, possession, and handover.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Support registration and possession activities.
- 2–8 years of CRM/Post-Sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer handling, collections, possession, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
