Role Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients to deliver financial products and services tailored to individual needs. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, providing advisory services related to banking solutions, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Knowledge of Banking Products, Financial Services, and Market Trends
• Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Analytical Thinking
• Proficiency in CRM Tools and Business Software Applications
• Proactive approach with a focus on meeting client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or financial services industry is preferred
• 6 years relevent experiance required in relationship management , portfolio management , book management .
