Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction while addressing any concerns or inquiries. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to facilitate property onboarding, provide insights on market trends to clients, and ensure their properties are meeting high operational and profitability standards. Regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, client relationship management, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research and understanding property management dynamics.
  • Capability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimizing property performance.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector or real estate market is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for travel as needed.
