About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to own the voice of Troovy across digital platforms. This is a hands-on creation role, not just planning or oversight position. This role is for you if you’re deeply embedded in Instagram culture, have a strong intuition for trends, and are equally comfortable executing content independently.
This person will be responsible for developing, executing compelling content, building online communities, and driving engagement through authentic, platform-native storytelling across formats and channels.

We make snacks with clean, real ingredients; no palm oil, no maida, no refined sugar; that still taste like something kids genuinely love. At the heart of Troovy is our 8-year-old co-founder, who makes sure everything we create passes the only test that matters: would a kid actually choose this? We exist to solve the everyday struggle between what’s healthy and what kids will happily eat. So parents don’t have to say no, and kids don’t have to settle. Key responsibilities
- Content creation & management
Create and publish engaging content across formats, static, video, reels, and long-form. Maintain brand tonality and consistency across all digital touchpoints. Plan and manage monthly content calendars with day-to-day execution. Monitor platform trends, viral formats, and consumer conversations to keep content timely and relevant
- Social media & community
Manage the brand's presence across Troovy and a creator instagram channel for our 8 year old co-founder. Lead day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management
- Analytics & cross-functional work
Track and report on performance metrics: reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversions
Stay current on emerging tools, formats, and platform updates
Qualifications & skills
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media
- Demonstrated ability to create content that drives strong engagement on brand accounts
- Deep understanding of consumer culture, digital platforms, and platform-native storytelling
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and at speed across multiple projects
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and influencer platforms
