Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Pune City. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, assisting clients in obtaining housing finance, and ensuring a smooth loan application process. The role involves evaluating client financial needs, advising on suitable financial products, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in financial advisory or loan processing
• Knowledge of affordable housing finance solutions and related documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage customer portfolios
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local markets, particularly in Tier 2 & 3 cities, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance or banking sector is advantageous
