Graduate with experience in Mutual Funds/ Insurance or Comparable Investment Products

Drive sales from existing relationships, identify new clients, and ensure compliance with AMFI Due Diligence norms

Designation: Relationship Manager/ Sr. Relationship Manager - Sales

Locations: Pune, Mumbai

Compensation: Competitive & Performance Based

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification, NISM Certification for PMS/ SIFs will be an added advantage

2-6 years of experience in sale of financial, insurance or similar roles

Role & responsibilities

HNI Portfolio Management: Cultivate and manage a premium book of HNIs, providing bespoke Distribution Services across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF platforms.

New Business Opportunities: Analyze Client Financial goals, risk appetite, and market trends to suggest suitable investment products. Develop and present personalized Suitability Investment Proposals

AUM Growth & Retention: Drives significant Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by obtaining and analysing information from market to identify new clients, make direct pitches and increase sales

Referral Development: Build and leverage a strong ecosystem of referral partners as well as referrals from existing Clientele

Multi-Product Expertise: Analyze and pitch complex investment structures, including Category II & III AIFs and specialized PMS strategies in line with the client's risk appetite and tax profile

Comprehensive Compliance: Should be aware of the SEBI/ AMFI Regulatory framework and ensure compliance with the same. Also follow Ethical Sales Practices

Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain rigorous discipline in updating CRM systems, providing the leadership team with detailed pipeline analytics and market feedback.
