Role Description

As a Relationship Executive - Education Loan, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while facilitating education loans. This full-time, on-site role, based in Ernakulam, involves providing consultation to prospective clients, guiding them through the loan application process, and ensuring their financial needs are met. You will identify potential customers, explain loan products and services, and assist in document collection and verification to ensure smooth processing and approval.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills to build and maintain a positive client experience.
  • Sales and marketing skills, including the ability to present loan products, understand client requirements, and close deals effectively.
  • Attention to detail for accurately verifying and processing loan documents.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, with a preference for experience in banking, financing, or institutional loan processes.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for maintaining client information and tracking loan applications.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while staying organized.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or banking is an advantage.
