Job Description

Role: Sales Executive Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-time | On-site (Field Sales) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-field sales activities to promote and sell Evo11ve's education products and services across Chennai
  • Identify and engage potential customers through direct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored education solutions that align with their goals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field efforts and customer acquisition
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success
  • Travel extensively within Chennai to meet clients and conduct field visits

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales (preferably with education product sales background)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities with a customer-first approach
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively for on-field sales activities
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Prior experience in EdTech, learning materials, or education services is a strong plus
