Job Description
Role: Sales Executive Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-time | On-site (Field Sales) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-field sales activities to promote and sell Evo11ve's education products and services across Chennai
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, parents, and other stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored education solutions that align with their goals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field efforts and customer acquisition
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success
- Travel extensively within Chennai to meet clients and conduct field visits
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales (preferably with education product sales background)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities with a customer-first approach
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-field sales activities
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field travel
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in EdTech, learning materials, or education services is a strong plus
