Overview


We are seeking energetic and motivated Student Relationship Executives to join our dynamic team at Edvoy. This role involves engaging with prospective students through outbound calls, counselling them on study-abroad opportunities, and qualifying the leads for further engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an interest in student engagement, sales, and customer support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students daily via phone to understand their study-abroad interests and guide them on suitable options
  • Requalify existing leads by updating student details and assessing current interest levels
  • Provide clear and accurate information on courses, universities, application processes, visa assistance, and related services
  • Schedule counselling sessions or follow-ups with senior counsellors when required
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and counselling teams to support monthly targets and lead conversions


Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence effectively
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory
  • Interest in student counselling, customer engagement, or education consultancy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude
