We are seeking a seasoned VP for our multi-unit Restaurant franchisee. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative, growth-oriented organization and shape the future of our brand. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of multiple restaurant units within the Detroit and Michigan region (28 stores), ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and meeting or exceeding financial objectives.

Job Details

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry.
2. Proven experience in managing and growing a franchisee operation.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
4. Excellent understanding of business operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
6. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics and financial data.
7. Ability to travel regularly within the region to visit restaurant locations.
8. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
