Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and communication
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain trusting, long-term relationships
- Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support software (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
