• We are looking for an exceptional Public Sector Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in US Resourcing and a strong track record of hiring for State, Local, Federal, and other Public Sector / Government projects.
• This is not a conventional technical recruiting role. We are seeking a recruiter who thrives in high-pressure, deadline-driven, compliance-intensive environments and understands the unique demands of RFO/RFP-driven hiring, proposal-based sourcing, and public sector candidate qualification validation.

• You will play a critical role in building high-quality pipelines and delivering submission-ready candidates for some of the most demanding and structured hiring environments in US staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for US Public Sector / Government technical requirements across State, Local, Federal, Education, Justice, Health & Human Services, and related agencies.
• Support RFO/RFP-driven staffing needs, including sourcing for proposal-based, bid-based, and fast-turnaround requisitions.
• Build targeted pipelines of consultants with proven experience in public sector projects and regulated environments.
• Perform rigorous resume validation to ensure candidate profiles align with both required and desired qualifications.
• Assess candidates for Technical fit, Relevant public sector project experience, Mandatory compliance criteria, Submission readiness
• Conduct and coordinate reference checks, including collection of signed reference forms and supporting validation details.
• Manage high-volume documentation workflows, ensuring all candidate records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Ensure every candidate submission is highly compliant, fully documented, and client-ready.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in US Staffing / Technical Recruitment
• Strong hands-on experience in US Public Sector / Government staffing
• Proven success recruiting for State / Federal / SLED / Public Sector projects
• Demonstrated experience with RFO / RFP / proposal-driven sourcing
• Strong understanding of resume qualification mapping against mandatory and preferred criteria
• Experience conducting reference checks and securing signed reference forms
• Strong background in compliance-heavy recruiting and documentation-led submissions
• Experience managing time-sensitive sourcing with strict deadlines and rapid turnarounds
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions with high attention to detail and submission quality
• Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-through
