We are looking for a Growth Architect. This is absolutely not a "maintenance" sales role. You are stepping in as the founding leader of an integrated vertical focused entirely on expanding our footprint within University Ecosystems. You will navigate the higher education landscape to be the ultimate bridge between local student talent and massive global career opportunities. No rigid corporate ladders—just pure building, experimenting, and scaling.
- Close the Big Leagues (Institutional Powerhouse): You will navigate the high-stakes corridors of academia to sign multimillion-rupee partnerships with VCs, Registrars, and Placement Heads. You aren't just pitching; you are consulting, strategizing, and closing.
- Hack the Growth (Commercial Innovation): Design high-value institutional models that embed WeXL’s language testing standards directly into university curriculums and campus placement frameworks. Make us the default standard.
- Own the Stage (The "Arena" Speaker): Imagine standing in an auditorium of 1,000+ students, delivering a high-octane keynote that turns a technical tool into a "career-defining" movement.
- Be the CEO of Your Turf (Regional P&L Ownership): You own your region. From campus lead generation and revenue forecasting to local marketing strategy, you have the absolute autonomy to build your path to the target.
- The Record: 2-4 years of high-performance sales in EdTech, Higher Education Alliances, or Institutional B2SaaS. You don't just hit targets; you crush them.
- OR You are a fresh graduate with zero corporate baggage but have a natural knack for sales, unmatched persuasion skills, and the grit to handle rejections. You don't just hit targets; you crush them.
- Main Character Energy (The Presence): You possess the "gravitas" to sit with a University Director and the "energy" to command a room of Gen-Z students. You can switch contexts flawlessly.
- The Hybrid Hustle: You are comfortable with long-term, multi-stakeholder institutional sales cycles AND the fast-paced, high-volume "on-the-ground" execution of campus placement drives.
- The Empathy Lens: You deeply understand the placement anxieties, ambitions, and employability aspirations of the Indian student ecosystem.
