Regional Sales Manager – B2B Institutional Sales

Secure Innovative Solutions LLP is a leading Indian manufacturer of High Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) products, Pedestrian & Vehicular Entrance Control Systems, Access Control Solutions, and Physical Security Equipment catering to critical infrastructure and institutional customers across India.
We are expanding our PAN India sales operations and are looking for dynamic sales professionals with exposure to B2B channel and project sales in the physical security industry.
Job Purpose:
To drive regional sales growth through system integrators, consultants, channel partners, government tenders, institutional customers, and critical infrastructure projects for Entrance Control, Gate Automation, and HVM solutions.
The role requires strong relationship management, project sales capability, Procurement Tenders handling experience, and extensive travel within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities across assigned regions.
- Promote and sell HVM Solutions – Bollards, Road Blockers, Tyre Killers, Crash-Rated Gates, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles & Flap Barriers, Gate Automation Systems, and Entrance Control Solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop an institutional and project-based strong sales pipeline.
Channel & System Integrator Management
• Appoint and manage System Integrators (SIs), Dealers, and Channel Partners.
• Build relationships with the following: Security Integrators, Automation Integrators, Infrastructure Contractors, Electrical Contractors, PMC consultants, and Architects
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
Government & Institutional Sales
• Handle government and PSU sales through tender procurement processes.
• Work on GEM, E-tenders, and institutional procurement platforms.
• Identify opportunities in Government Departments, Defence & Military Installations, Police, Airports, Oil & Gas Facilities, Metro & Railway Projects, Hospitality, Religious Institutions, Industrial & Critical Infrastructure
Project & Tender Management
• Track tenders and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate techno-commercial submissions.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate internally for pricing, technical support, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor competition and market pricing. Track and update Market trends
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and consultants.
• Conduct regular customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
• Share market feedback and project intelligence with management.
• Identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure and security sectors.
Desired Candidate Profile Experience
• 1–2 years minimum experience in B2B project/channel sales.
• Experience in: Physical Security Industry, Entrance Control Systems, Access Control, automation products, and Infrastructure Security Solutions
• Exposure to institutional sales and government tenders preferred.
Education
• Graduate in any discipline.
Required Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Local and regional languages
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of the tender procurement process.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.
• Knowledge of CRM and MS Office preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC
• Fixed Salary: ₹ 07–08 LPA
• Variable Incentive: 1% incentive on achieved sales turnover
• Travel reimbursement as per company policy.
Preferred Candidate Background
Mandatory - Experience in handling B2B segments, government, and institutional sales. Preferred: Candidates having exposure to the following sectors will be preferred: Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Building Automation, Gate Automation, Infrastructure Projects, Premises / Perimeter Security, Entrance Control Systems
