Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Regional Manager who will take complete ownership of a region and be responsible for team performance, revenue generation, and market expansion.
This role requires a leader who can build, drive, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers, while also contributing to individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Target Ownership
- Own and achieve regional revenue targets
- Drive both:
- Team closures (Relationship Managers)
- Personal sales closures
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers
- Set clear targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
- Conduct regular reviews, field visits, and performance tracking
- Ensure high productivity and conversion rates within the team
- Identify and define high-potential areas and markets within the region
- Develop strategies to generate consistent lead flow and revenue
- Expand presence through local networks, partnerships, and activities
- Support team in closing high-value deals
- Personally handle key clients:
- HNIs
- Business owners
- Strategic investors
- Strengthen the company’s investor network in the region
- Maintain and review sales pipeline, lead tracking, and closures
- Submit regular reports to Head Office (HO) with:
- Sales data
- Team performance
- Market insights
- Coordinate with HO for lead distribution, strategy, and execution
Experience:
- 5 years in Sales
- Minimum 3 year experience in team handling / leadership role
Preferred Background:
- Insurance / Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / NBFC / Banking
Locations: Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Thane, Surat, Bengaluru
