Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Regional Manager who will take complete ownership of a region and be responsible for team performance, revenue generation, and market expansion.

This role requires a leader who can build, drive, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers, while also contributing to individual sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Own and achieve regional revenue targets
  • Drive both:
  • Team closures (Relationship Managers)
  • Personal sales closures
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers
  • Set clear targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
  • Conduct regular reviews, field visits, and performance tracking
  • Ensure high productivity and conversion rates within the team
  • Identify and define high-potential areas and markets within the region
  • Develop strategies to generate consistent lead flow and revenue
  • Expand presence through local networks, partnerships, and activities
  • Support team in closing high-value deals
  • Personally handle key clients:
  • HNIs
  • Business owners
  • Strategic investors
  • Strengthen the company’s investor network in the region
  • Maintain and review sales pipeline, lead tracking, and closures
  • Submit regular reports to Head Office (HO) with:
  • Sales data
  • Team performance
  • Market insights
  • Coordinate with HO for lead distribution, strategy, and execution


Experience:

  • 5 years in Sales
  • Minimum 3 year experience in team handling / leadership role

Preferred Background:

  • Insurance / Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / NBFC / Banking


Locations: Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Thane, Surat, Bengaluru
