Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager at our Connaught Place location. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and implementing strategic initiatives. This position involves developing sales plans, conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, and presenting reports on performance. The selected candidate will collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.

- Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Financial Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration abilities
- Proven analytical skills to assess business performance and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is advantageous
