Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Senior Sales Executive. This will be for our USA Client, Senior Sales Executive will oversee a variety of tasks, including identifying and connecting with potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining robust client relationships. Responsibilities include pitching services to new clients, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role requires a results-driven approach combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Experience in sales strategy development, pipeline management, and market analysis
  • Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and objection handling
  • Strong ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in business development or sales, preferably in business services, is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian regional languages is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets consistently
