Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Sales Manager is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Manager will oversee property sales operations, build and maintain strong client relationships, and guide clients through the entire sales process. The role requires leading a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue targets, conducting market research, and devising efficient sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing documentation processes, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying business opportunity areas.

Qualifications

• Proven sales expertise in the real estate domain or related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand market trends, conduct effective market research, and analyze data
• Proficiency in creating and executing effective sales strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
