About the Role

To build and scale the Color Coated Roofing Sheet business across the Eastern Zone, ensuring strategic expansion, revenue growth, and brand leadership in the roofing segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop zonal sales strategy aligned with SRMB STEEL’s growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor state sales heads and regional sales teams.
• Identify high-potential markets and appoint zonal/state distributors.
• Set pricing, discount structures, and channel policies for the zone.
• Review sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline regularly.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain for capacity planning.
• Represent the company in key customer negotiations and strategic alliances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in Color Coated Roofing Sheets / PEB / Steel Building Materials.
• Prior experience handling multi-state or zonal responsibility.
• Strong exposure to project sales and institutional customers.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
• MBA / Engineering background preferred.
