We’re looking for a result-driven sales & marketing professional to grow revenue for our custom-built industrial control panels used in process industries and EPC projects. This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be out meeting clients, consultants, and EPC stakeholders, working closely with senior management on deal decisions.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Generate new business from industrial clients (Oil & Gas, Power, EPC, Process Industries)
- Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to payment collection
- Develop new principals, suppliers, and dealership products
- Support tendering, techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
- Hit assigned revenue targets
- Create opportunities through site visits, consultant/EPC/OEM interactions, and your industry network
- Build and manage key accounts for long-term relationships
- Understand customer needs for control panels, electrical, and automation solutions
- Work closely with design & engineering, proposal & estimation, and production & project execution teams
- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closures systematically
- Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews
- 7-10 years in industrial B2B sales
- Proven background in control panels, switchgear, automation solutions, or EPC project sales
- Experience with industrial customers — consultants, contractors, OEMs, plant engineers, maintenance teams
- Comfortable with cold visits, handling rejections, and managing long sales cycles
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
