Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

• Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.

• Drive dealer profitability, timely billing, and product availability.

• Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver performance excellence.

• Identify and develop key fleet, government, and institutional accounts.

• Implement trade schemes, incentive programs, and branding initiatives.


Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of the Indian tyre market.

• Proven success in dealer network development and territory expansion.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.


Qualification & Experience

• Graduate degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

• 7–10 years of sales experience in the Tyre Industry, including 5–6 years in a senior or regional leadership role.
