- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Diary Management and maintaining schedules
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with executives, staff, and stakeholders
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document organization and filing
- Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with office software and tools
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
