Position Benefits
Responsible for leadership and oversight of regional wraparound services to ensure that all services are effective and adhere to wraparound, trauma informed care, and Children’s System of Care principles; Partners with CWS, Probation, group home providers, and other local community agencies; Directly supervises Intensive Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional journals, clinical information, or licensing regulations; Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public; ability to present at professional and community forums.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables; Ability to summarize, interpret, synthesize, and articulate varied and abstract empirical and clinical information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Direct supervision of Intensive Care Coordinators, Parent Partner, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners, including hiring, evaluation, on-going training, and support of wraparound fidelity initiatives
- Provide weekly individual and group supervision
- Must be available to staff in case of crisis 24 hours a day on on-call
- Assignment of cases based on current staff caseloads, and the cultural and linguistic needs of clients
- Actively develops partnerships with CWS and Probation liaisons, local community agencies and resources
- Provides licensure hours supervision to Intensive Care Coordinators as needed
- Assists in maintaining quality assurance of the medical records through oversight of routine case audits, review of assessments/treatment plans of all youth, and provides 1-on-1 training with staff who need additional support
- Helps maintain real-time database of open/pending/closed cases, and run reports in Anasazi to assess staff performance/productivity/timeliness of service entry
- Assists in assessing, monitoring, and improving fidelity to wraparound principles
- Oversight of region’s petty cash bank and flex funds binder
- Facilitates open communication between multi-disciplinary direct services staff and administrative personnel within the program and within the organization as a whole
- Attends meetings with partner agencies in place of Program Manager when needed
- Fulfills training requirements including Anasazi, cultural competency, HIPAA, and all applicable EBP training
- Maintains current licensure and completes required licensure CEUs
- Directly supervises Intensive Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, Skills Trainers, and Youth Partners

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Must be a licensed clinician with the BBS in California in Social Work (LCSW), Psychology (PhD), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
- Two years of experience post-licensure with necessary requirements to clinically supervise interns
- Experience working in Wraparound Program as a facilitator or supervisor
- Experience in clinical supervision, reflective practice, management, and leadership
- Proficient in SmartCare (online medical records system)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of solution focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care
