Role Description

A Regional Manager is responsible for managing agent networks, driving student recruitment, conducting training, supporting admissions and visa processes, developing market strategies, representing the university at events, tracking performance and achieving regional enrollment targets. Working closely with other Business Development Managers to ensure they achieve their targets, while onboarding new agents and generating business through them.

Qualifications

1. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
2. Strong knowledge of the Africa/ Overseas education market
3. Proven network in student recruitment or agency channels
4. Proficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder relations
5. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
6. Familiarity with the educational sector or international academic programs is an advantage
7. Fluency in English
8. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
9. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B
10. Preferably with prior experience working in the African market
