Regional Business Manager – Vegetable Seeds

With over 140 years of global expertise, we are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our market presence in India.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the regional business by delivering sales, profitability, and collection targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales and business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key growers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Crop Specialists, and R&D to drive successful product evaluations and commercial launches.
• Drive forecasting, pricing, inventory planning, and market development initiatives.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and government interactions where required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in the vegetable seed or agricultural inputs industry.
• Proven experience leading regional sales teams and distributor networks.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
