We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Reels & Shorts Video Editor who understands the fast-paced world of short-form content. The ideal candidate should know how to transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Create engaging cuts with strong hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
• Ensure every video aligns with the client's brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and content creators.
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain editing workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest editing styles, trends, and platform best practices.

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Good understanding of typography, captions, transitions, and sound design.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the creative team.
• Portfolio showcasing short-form content is mandatory.

• Experience with CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic color correction and audio editing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats.
