About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative Content Editor & Graphic Designer who can bring stories, campaigns, and brand ideas to life through compelling visual content.

This role combines video editing, graphic design, and creative storytelling. You will work on a variety of content formats including social media campaigns, short-form videos, event recaps, marketing creatives, and brand assets.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Content Creation

• Edit engaging short-form content including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and social media videos.
• Produce long-form content such as YouTube videos, event films, interviews, and feature stories.
• Handle video sequencing, sound design, transitions, pacing, color correction, and final exports.
• Create high-quality content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Deliver time-sensitive edits while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
  
  

Graphic Design & Branding

• Design social media creatives, campaign assets, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
• Create print-ready designs including flyers, standees, signage, and event collateral.
• Develop and maintain visual templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  
  

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and creative stakeholders to execute content strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts.
• Manage creative assets, footage libraries, and design files efficiently.
• Support projects from concept development through final delivery.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, branding, and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Motion Graphics and Animation skills.
• Knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in Sound Design and Color Grading.
• Familiarity with social media content trends and platform best practices.
• Experience working with fitness, lifestyle, sports, hospitality, or community-driven brands.
• Interest in fitness, outdoor activities, sports, or creative storytelling.
