Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Giga-factory Operations)

Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat (On-site / Project-based)

Focus: BESS Manufacturing & Plant Operations

Role Overview

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Specialists to lead the massive scale-up of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Manufacturing Plant in Jamnagar. You will be responsible for the rapid mobilization of technical talent, ensuring that one of the world’s largest clean energy hubs is staffed with the best manufacturing and engineering minds.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Technical Sourcing: Identify and attract talent for plant operations, including Production Engineers, Quality Control, EHS, and Maintenance specialists.
• Mass Recruitment Coordination: Organize and lead large-scale interview drives and walk-in events efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Plant Heads and Floor Managers to understand immediate manpower requirements.
• Rigorous Onboarding: Manage the logistical challenge of document collection and pre-joining formalities for a high volume of candidates.
• Local Intelligence: Leverage local and national networks to ensure a steady pipeline of blue-collar and white-collar technical talent.

What We Are Looking For

• Manufacturing Experience: 2+ years of experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power, or Automobile plants.
• Operational Speed: Ability to close a high number of positions monthly without compromising on the quality of hire.
• Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
• Process Discipline: Highly organized with a "checklist" mindset—essential for managing the heavy documentation required for plant roles.
