Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Panaji. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role will involve coordinating hiring activities, identifying recruitment needs, and ensuring smooth onboarding and training of new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to support staffing efforts and maintain efficient hiring practices.

• Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidates
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in Training and onboarding new hires effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple recruitment projects
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality or recruitment industry is a plus
• Knowledge of labor regulations and industry best practices is advantageous
