Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to oversee and scale our presence across major Indian marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. This role will be responsible for end-to-end account management, performance marketing, and revenue growth across platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management (E-commerce)
  • Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
  • Ensure catalog accuracy, SEO optimization, and content quality (titles, keywords, A+ content, images).
  • Monitor pricing, competition, and inventory to maximize sales performance.
  • Handle platform-specific promotions, deals, and campaign participation.
Quick Commerce Management
  • Manage partnerships and operations with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
  • Drive assortment planning, visibility, and availability for high-demand SKUs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and fast replenishment.
  • Optimize platform visibility through in-app promotions and merchandising.
Performance Marketing & Ads
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
  • Flipkart Ads
  • Quick commerce in-app ads
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively across platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
  • Generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Use tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards for reporting.
Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with supply chain, brand, and creative teams for smooth execution.
  • Coordinate for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Key Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce/quick commerce management in India
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms
  • Proven experience in managing paid ads and performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in D2C brands or FMCG/startup ecosystem
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Experience with inventory planning and demand forecasting
