Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Specialist will undertake responsibilities including identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing recruitment campaigns. Additionally, the role will involve planning and executing onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure their smooth integration.
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives. This role is heavily focused on talent acquisition (85–90%), while also contributing to core HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing hiring pipelines, achieving recruitment targets, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. In addition, the role involves supporting key HR processes to ensure efficient and effective people operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes to source, screen, and select top talent
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage candidates and internal teams
- Ability to develop and implement Training programs for new employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in the hardware or manufacturing industry, is a plus
