AI Talent Associate (Intern / Fresher)

You don’t need prior experience — but you must be willing to learn fast, work hard, and contribute actively.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn and work on AI-based hiring and talent sourcing
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) for research and productivity
• Support in understanding client requirements and solving hiring problems
• Assist in outreach, lead generation, and basic sales activities
• Work closely with the team on live projects and real business tasks

• You are proactive and take initiative (not someone who waits to be told everything)

💰 Compensation

• First 3 Months: Unpaid Internship (Training + Real Work Exposure)
• Post Internship: ₹2.4 LPA + Incentives (based on performance)
