Recruitment Consultant

Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the semiconductor industry in APAC Markets to identify, engage, and place high-caliber talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership functions. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and sourcing niche semiconductor professionals for leading technology and manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for semiconductor-related positions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide market insights and talent mapping.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system.
• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in APAC markets, preferably within semiconductor, electronics, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with semiconductor industry functions and talent landscape is an advantage.
