Job Title: Recruitment & HR Operations Executive

Location: Perugudi, Chennai

Shift Timing: Mid Shift – 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Exp : 2 to 3 yrs


Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment & HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure smooth HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Effectively source candidates on the job portal such as LinkedIn, Naukri and social media platforms.

Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical panels.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring status.

Prepare and send offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support HR operations such as documentation, employee records, and onboarding processes.

Ensure all recruitment and HR processes follow company policies.


Required Skills:


Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

Ability to work in a mid-shift (3 PM – 12 AM) environment.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is preferred.



Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
