Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our on-site team in Naidupeta. The Service Manager will oversee daily workshop operations, coordinate service schedules, manage staff, bring in more customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining service performance standards, handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with quality and safety guidelines and collaborating with technicians to resolve complex issues effectively. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance service efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Technical expertise in automotive service management and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and staff coordination
• Proficiency in scheduling, workflow management, and productivity optimization
• Ability to analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements
• Educational background in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in automotive service or dealership operations is an advantage
