Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a "hands-on" approach, capable of managing bulk hiring drives as well as senior leadership searches. You will oversee the recruitment team, partner with hiring managers, and ensure we attract the best talent to meet our business goals .
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular reviews .
- Allocate resources and tasks effectively to manage workload and meet hiring targets .
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team .
2. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding .
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals .
- Manage recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to track performance and identify areas for improvement .
3. Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Partner with department heads and senior management to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements .
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers, advising on interviewing techniques and market insights .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process .
4. Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Review and update current recruiting procedures to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience .
- Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with Indian employment laws and labor legislation .
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and suggest new recruitment tools or software to enhance productivity .
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus .
Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role .
- Proven experience in high-volume/bulk hiring as well as lateral/leadership hiring .
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases .
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) .
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance standards .
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills .
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities .
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
