Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about immigration services, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, and coordinating with the documentation and case management teams to ensure client support throughout the application process.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle client inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and data entry.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools or call center software, is preferred.
• Prior experience in immigration, sales, or customer handling roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
