  • Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
  • Work Mode: Hybrid in Gurugram (1–2 days/week onsite ~ flexible to remote too)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Junior Recruiter / Research Associate to support hiring for US-based startups. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, market research, and operations.

You will act as the first point of contact for our agency partners, support sourcing efforts, and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ChatGPT to drive efficiency and insights.

This is a 3-month project role, with potential extension up to 1 year based on performance and long-term fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary POC for agency recruiting partners
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping using ChatGPT and internet research
  • Support competition mapping and hiring intelligence
  • Assist the CEO (Akash Nasa) with operational and recruiting workflows
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline repetitive tasks
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution


Who Should Apply

Option 1: Recruiters with 6 months – 1 year experience in:

  • US staffing, or
  • Agency recruiting for startups

Option 2: Fresh graduates (Business background preferred) with:

  • Strong internet research skills
  • Ability to use ChatGPT effectively for research and workflows
