Job Title: Recruiter

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Work Location - Mohali, India.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated recruiter who can help us find and hire good candidates for different departments such as IT, HR, and Finance. The recruiter should be able to understand job requirements, search for suitable candidates, and manage the hiring process smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source suitable candidates for IT, HR, Finance, and other roles.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates regarding job roles, salary, and joining process.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment records.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Ability to identify good candidates across different departments such as IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation skills with candidates.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Ability to build good relationships with candidates and clients.
