Responsibilities:

• Must have a minimum of two years of web project management experience.
• Excellent client management skills: building strong relationships, controlling project scope, working within allocated hours, maintaining ClickUp and communications, and juggling up to 20 projects in parallel (depending on size).
• Ability to understand technical and design discussions, and advise clients accordingly.
• Strong ability to schedule and prioritise project timelines and daily tasks while managing client expectations.
• Deep knowledge of technical items such as third party integrations, APIs, working with widgets and a no code/low code website platform.
• Must have web design experience, this is non-negotiable. Preferably, they should have a design background. They should know what good creative looks like—not just UI/UX—and how to design a beautiful, consistent and responsive website.
• Thoroughly understand QA and website testing requirements and deliver results correctly the first time, every time.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote global team.
• Able to manage team performance to ensure high quality of build every time.
• Ability to create dashboards and monthly reports.
• Exceptional command of English.
