Job Brief We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US staffing, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment..

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate technical and communication skills, and negotiate rates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline in ATS/CRM.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation is must.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in US recruitment is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Good hands-on experience on IT roles and technologies is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies.
