Main accountabilities and tasks

1. Teamcenter PLM and CAD applications support (L2, L3): Incidents and Service Requests using Service Now portal based on ITIL process.

2. User access management: create and maintain accounts in Teamcenter PLM.

3. Projects: Support PLM and CAD implementation projects in testing and validation activities on new software implementations, upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes.

4. Problems management: Resolve incidents and drive root cause analysis and problem management to permanently resolve issues.

5. Seize opportunities: Identify critical issues and take responsibility for successful resolution of issues.

Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent. Certifications: ITIL. Azure DevOps is a plus.

Languages: English (fluent)

Soft skills: Pro-active, accountable and solution-oriented attitude.

Team oriented, with ability to act independently.

Good communication skills (English).
