Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
  • Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate data, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Manage high-volume hiring when required
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of job portals and recruitment tools
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
