Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Recruiter with at least 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to support our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives) to attract talent.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment processes.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as a preferred workplace.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
