- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and documentation
- Deliver a positive candidate experience
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and credentialing processes
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
