The Team Member – Document Management will provide comprehensive support for the Human Resources (HR) system - DMS, both during and after its implementation. This role includes offering administrative and technical assistance for the HR application, serving as the primary point of first-level support for regional and corporate HR teams, and assisting with data uploads, formatting, and task completion.

This role includes offering administrative and technical assistance for the HR application, serving as the primary point of first-level support for regional and corporate HR teams, and assisting with data uploads, formatting, and task completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the successful implementation of the Human Resources application - Kleeto, ensuring a smooth transition and integration
- Manage the upload and accurate entry of data into the system, maintaining data integrity throughout.
- Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any issues before full deployment.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive user manuals and facilitate end-user training to ensure effective use of the application.
- Address and resolve support queries from end users promptly, adhering to established time frames and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Generate and provide detailed data, reports, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to meet all reporting requirements and support decision-making.
- Judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the environment, health and safety policy, objectives and guidelines of the organization.

- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
- Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.
- Graduate/ postgraduate in Human Resources / Science discipline.
- 2-5 years’ experience using the relevant or any other HR ERP/Application.
