Job Description

The Team Member – Document Management will provide comprehensive support for the Human Resources (HR) system - DMS, both during and after its implementation. This role includes offering administrative and technical assistance for the HR application, serving as the primary point of first-level support for regional and corporate HR teams, and assisting with data uploads, formatting, and task completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the successful implementation of the Human Resources application - Kleeto, ensuring a smooth transition and integration
  • Manage the upload and accurate entry of data into the system, maintaining data integrity throughout.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any issues before full deployment.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive user manuals and facilitate end-user training to ensure effective use of the application.
  • Address and resolve support queries from end users promptly, adhering to established time frames and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Generate and provide detailed data, reports, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to meet all reporting requirements and support decision-making.
  • Judicious use of natural resources.
  • Adhere to the environment, health and safety policy, objectives and guidelines of the organization.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

  • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
  • Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Education

  • Graduate/ postgraduate in Human Resources / Science discipline.

Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience using the relevant or any other HR ERP/Application.
