Role Description
We are seeking a Recruiter Head for an on-site, full-time role located in Indore. The Recruiter Head will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding strategies. This position involves leading recruitment initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and developing innovative approaches to attract top talent. The Recruiter Head will also use performance metrics to refine recruitment strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes
- Strong skills in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding coordination
- Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies to meet organizational goals
- Experience managing recruitment teams and working collaboratively across departments
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and leadership ability
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources software
- Analytical skills to review hiring trends and measure recruitment effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
✔ Manage end-to-end hiring (lateral, leadership & bulk hiring)
✔ Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
✔ Collaborate with HODs for manpower planning
✔ Build strong talent pipelines across functions
✔ Track and improve hiring KPIs (TAT, cost, quality of hire)
🎓 Requirements:
✔ MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
✔ 12+ years of recruitment experience
✔ Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
