Role Overview

We are looking for a Recovery Manager to lead the end-to-end management of vehicle recoveries and collections. The role will be responsible for driving recovery performance, improving collection efficiency, minimizing asset losses, managing field recovery teams, and ensuring timely closure of recovery and collection cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recovery & Collections

• Own end-to-end vehicle recovery and collection operations.
• Drive timely recovery of overdue, inactive, and absconded vehicles.
• Monitor recovery and collection TATs and reduce ageing of pending cases.
• Ensure recovery of outstanding rentals, damage charges, and other dues.
• Work closely with legal teams and law enforcement authorities to recover vehicles involved in FIRs, theft, or other legal cases.
• Coordinate with Operations, Service, and Finance teams to ensure timely case closures.

2. Team Management

• Lead and manage recovery executives and field recovery teams.
• Set recovery and collection targets and monitor team performance.
• Ensure adherence to recovery SOPs and escalation processes.

3. Reporting & Governance

• Track recovery and collection KPIs, including recovery TAT, collection percentage, vehicle ageing, and outstanding cases.
• Share periodic MIS reports and recommend process improvements to improve recovery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in recovery, collections, fleet operations, logistics, or asset management.
• Experience managing field recovery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.
