Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Sales professional will assist clients in identifying suitable property options, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information on pricing, amenities, and local market trends. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up with leads, negotiating terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, staying current on real estate regulations and developments in Gurgaon, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Real estate domain knowledge: Real Estate, Real Property
• Licensing and compliance: Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one as per local regulations
• Sales capabilities: Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Client interaction: Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Additional qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with basic office and CRM software, ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, and a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
