Role Description The Executive – Real Estate Sales Champs role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, proposing suitable residential and commercial options, negotiating terms, and coordinating documentation with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive will maintain updated knowledge of local real estate trends, manage a pipeline of prospects, and ensure a high standard of customer service and follow-up. The role also includes collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team targets while representing Propsalt Landbase professionally in the market.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess relevant real estate experience of 1-2 years
  • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate domain understanding, including local market trends, property types, and transaction processes.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and target achievement.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse clients.
  • Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, site visits, and documentation simultaneously.
  • Relevant experience in real estate sales or property consulting in Gurugram or nearby markets is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with basic proficiency in office and CRM software.
